March Cellars and Vital Wines are both unique projects of wine maker Ashley Trout. Notably, Vital Wines is a non-profit with all proceeds going to a free health care clinic in Walla Walla. Salt Pub’s Chef Scott will serve a four course menu paired with two wine’s from each winery.
